Store Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to sensitive nature of our products. If there is something wrong with your product we will replace/refund. Something being wrong with your product is a unusable item. 

Our processing time is 3-5 business days, (even though we strive for faster) If you order any custom cut items it can take up to 5 business days to process your order.

We ship with usps and UPS all items are tracked and insured for our protection. The time it takes to receive a package depends on your method you choose. Free shipping is shipped using the lowest cost available. Unfortunately due to the uptick of usps/ups requesting the damaged items being turned in, If your items arrive damaged due to usps/ups you will have to make the claim.
